Malkit Purewal is an established property developer/investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Malkit purchased his first property in auction back in 2000 and moved into the HMO market 10 years later.

Malkit graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Management followed by an MSc in Computer Science.

Malkit started his career as a Computer Programmer in 2000 before moving to the Commodity trading as a Gas Analyst Developer in 2009.
In 2017 Malkit left the Commodity Trading world to focus on his property development and lettings business.

Malkit has a real passion for property having started with buy to lets, moving to renovations, followed by conversions and new builds.
Now Malkit likes to focus his time on commercial to residential conversions and bespoke HMO conversions.
