Mike Frisby has built up a high yielding residential property portfolio across the SE since 2006. Over the last 5 years he has been focused on high end HMOs, delivering premium affordable places to live for millennials. He also runs a letting agency in Portsmouth called Viva Living.

In 2020 he will be opening a residential property investment fund with the purpose to raise £200m to capitalise on his experience in high yielding residential investments and to take advantage of the current market buying opportunities. They will be investing in Coliving spaces and residential blocks from £5m to £40m.
