Arsh’s journey into property began as he left university and embarked on a career which initial began by taking on his Fatherís small property portfolio.

This would later develop into an impressive multi-million pound business by Arsh taking a chance on people who were often stigmatised as ëa landlordís worst nightmare.

The analytical approach adopted by Arsh was simple, find a niche is the market and build on it. By tapping into this sector, Arsh was able to identify the potential growth that this could bring and he started to maximise on this.

During his 20s, Arsh diligently worked on developing his property portfolio and learning to be the best that he could be. He certainly understood the value of the good days along with the bitterness of the bad. however as with all successful entrepreneurs, Arsh had a strong belief in his ability.

Many of the success Arsh has enjoyed has been due to his systematic approach to property management along with his positive and up-beat outlook on life. This is one of the many aspects of his personality that has taken him on a few different avenues on the property journey.

The past decade has seen Arsh expand into deal sourcing, training people through his property training courses; become a columnist for Your Property Network, travel up and down the country to speak at property events and write his first book.
