Ashley Royer’s property career started from a financial perspective in early 2007, with the enrolment of the IFS School of Finance Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice at the University of Westminster. However, when he became fully CeMAP qualified a year later; the financial world imploded with the collapse of various financial institutions, which resulted in the global recession. It had an irreparable effect on the mortgage market and the culture of renting properties became the new norm. So in 2008, he and two partners founded Focal Point Estates which based itself predominately around residential and commercial property management. This partnership has now grown to manage hundreds of properties throughout the Northamptonshire County and remains his primary focus. But his facility of providing mortgage advice never waned and in 2010 he became an integral part of establishing Mortgage, Protection and Finance LTD. Offering the full spectrum of financial services including; life, critical, medical, buildings and contents insurances, along with commercial, residential and expatriate mortgages and secured loans.
