Emma is fairly new in her journey in Property, however, with an academic back ground in Sport and Exercise Science, a love for running and a passion to help others she realised that your health, fitness and general wellbeing as an individual can have a direct impact on your performance as an individual in general day-to-day life and in work and business.

Emma’s passion for running has seen her mentor and inspire groups and individuals on their journey from non-runner to runner, some even to run their first marathon.

For Emma it’s more than putting on the trainers and getting out there, it’s about how to realise that everyone has time, and by changing your mindset and daily habits everyone can live a healthier more fulfilled life.
