Nick is the director of the award-winning property development company Pegasus Property Group based in Staffordshire, and Cheshire. Pegasus Property employs 5 full time staff and over 60 subcontractors work on Pegasus Property projects developing over 8 million pounds worth of property in just over 2 years. Pegasus Property invests in the UK property market using angel investment primarily from over seas investors.

Nick brings his systematisation, organisation, marketing, sales, and investment knowledge to the team and is currently spear heading a growth model that will see Pegasus Property as a nationally recognised brand for quality.

High standards of property are Nicks prerogative and he is the driving force and visionary behind the Pegasus brand.

Not only is Nick the director of an award-winning multi-million-pound property company at age 30 and considered a leading industry expert having written several books on property development and running ‘property developer workshops’ which have had hundreds of attendees over the last 2 years, but he was also awarded the Local Hero of Staffordshire and Cheshire 2016 for charity work to the local community.

In his spare time Nick also plays drums in a rock band and likes to read and paint.
