Sanjay Kumar is an accomplished property developer/investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He began his investment journey in 2000 and diversified into the HMO market 10 years after.

Before joining the property world, Sanjay took pride in running a successful, family owned, jewellery business.

The business has been established for well over 50 years and the jewellery has been featured in popular movies such as ‘Bend it like Beckham’ and ‘Bride and Prejudice’.

Sanjay has graduated with a degree in Business Technology and is also a Diamond graduate.

Since entering the property world, Sanjay has become an accredited landlord with NLA and was recently featured in the Property News Magazine as well as being ‘Landlord of the month’ in our very own HMO Magazine.

What began as a keen interest and hobby has developed into an ambitious property empire, which now boasts a fruitful portfolio.
