Sarah is a freelance writer and editor, who has worked within the property industry for 16 years, initially as an estate agent and home image consultant, and more recently as a broadcaster and writer. She presented ëTo Buy Or Not To Buyí for the BBC for a number of years and has also appeared at property shows and exhibitions around the UK as a speaker, theatre host and expert panellist.

Over the past ten years Sarah has written for a number of interior style, home and investment publications on a wide variety of UK and overseas property-related subjects. She has also ghostwritten several property investment books and edited a number of others. She owns investment property in Dorset and has first-hand experience of buy to let, primarily in the HMO market
